Our process

Step 1 - Consultation and Agreement

We are happy to move and store items as long as it is specified during the consultation process. After that, we are not responsible for items left in the area during the installation process.

Step 2 - Moving and Protection

Customers are responsible for clearing the area of items unless specified during the consultation process. On the installation date, if there are items in the area, we will proceed with the installation around the specified objects. Items that are left in an area may be subjected to dust, please cover all items you want protected. You can also specify these items during the consultation process and let us protect them, if not specified then it will be the customers responsibility.

step 3 - Installation and cure

We will need full access to the area at the agreed date and time. The process will take typically 1 - 2 days depending on the square footage. Weather may affect the start date. Once installation is done, please allow 24 - 48 hours of dry time before storing items or driving vehicles. Please consult with our crew on site to determine the best course of action.
